the location was quite good, 1min. down to the beach.
very imcompetent staff. not organised. not clean, noisy hotel directly on the lincoln street (one of the main streets in Miami) and beside the hotel on side streets with cleaning buses and trucks all night long! Very low quality hotel and should be treated as a backpacker, not more. The breakfast should not be mentioned as breakfast! this was a joke. Only coffee and some sweet bread. The hotel was very old and run down!

Over priced for what it is. The fridge did not work. Only two power outlate worked.

The attention was great, and the clean service was good.
The breakfast service wasn't good. The food was bad and without many options. They only had cereal and some old bagels.

I didn't stay for more than 30 minutes. Chose the hotel for its location (half hour by bus to the good part of South Beach).
Room and hallway stank, room was very dusty, very noisy air-conditioner, only venetian blinds so light would shine in in the morning, rude employees, etc. etc. We didn't have any doubt at all about staying at this hotel. Even tough they didn't have to clean our room in those days, didn't have to serve us breakfast, didn't have to bring us to the airport, etc. they refused to give us our money back. So basically I paid the full price, but had to search for a new hotel. Very big vacation spoiler. I am an experienced backpacker and traveled in many continents, but never seen a thing like this. There were two girls in the lobby who were even more furious. They had paid for a whole week and decided they wouldn't stay, not even for a day. Big no!

The position is the best thing of the hotel, 50m from the Beach and the bus stop!
The rooms are quite old and not well furnished and the breakfast really sucks.

The outlets werent working....there werent any comforters.... the bathrooms was dirty looking............. the breakfast area smelled

It's 2 mins walk to the Atlantic Ocean, and there is a Subway restaurant nearby.
It's noisy, poorly furnished, and expensive during peak season.

short to the beach, close to buses. price not bad, but if you pay dobbel like me, not worth it!
They charged me two times for the stay, and i have problems by getting the money back. I talked to them when i was there, they said that i was getting the money back, but nothing happend. So I had to contact Booked.net.

this hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. no amenities, no room service, poor continental breakfast. i would not recomend this hotel to anyone needing to relx on a getaway

the hotel refuse to give us receipt when we left the hotel, and rejected the requirement again and again when we call the hotel. A week later, the hotel tried to steal $63.84 twice from my creditcard without my permission. it's totally unacceptable. And, the hotel is very old and there is no WIFI connection in the room, which is not as decribed as in the website.
